1. Order and delivery
1.1. Delivery is made within 14-24 business days after payment of the deposit for the order.
1.2. Deliveries to Bulgaria are made via courier service Speedy or Econt.
1.3. "Fashion Dose" is not responsible for delays caused by customs checks, weather conditions or delays by the courier company.
1.4. In case of a delay in delivery of more than 30 business days, the customer has the right to request a refund of the deposit paid.
2. Payment and Deposit Terms
2.1. When ordering unavailable items, an advance payment of 20% of the order value is required. Payment of the deposit is made via: Revolut, Wisе, PayPal, Crypto or bank transfer. Our employee will contact you at the phone number or email specified in the order to confirm the order and provide payment details!
2.2. The deposit is refundable only in the event of a discrepancy or defect in the product. 2.3. If the order is canceled for any other reason, the deposit is non-refundable and remains to cover the costs of processing the order.
3. Return and Exchange Policy
3.1. In case of size discrepancy, we provide a replacement at no additional cost, but with a corresponding extension of the delivery time.
3.2. A certain product can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt, only if it is in its original condition, with intact packaging and without signs of use.
4. International Delivery
4.1. For orders abroad, the entire amount is paid in advance, and no deposit is used.
