Within 16 days after your order is shipped, you can change your mind and return or exchange the product(s) you purchased. To do this, you need to print and fill out a Return and Exchange Form.
Rules for quick and hassle-free returns:
1. Go to your nearest Speedy or Econt office and send us the product you wish to return with a completed return form.
2. After we receive and process the return, we will reimburse you by bank transfer, to the IBAN you specified in the form within 2 working days (from the date we received the return).
IMPORTANT: Returning an item with cash on delivery is considered a violation of these Terms. The MERCHANT has the right to refuse the return until the "cash on delivery" option is no longer available.
3. The return is at your expense, except in cases where it concerns a defect or a different item/size/color was sent.
IMPORTANT: The return of goods sent at the expense of the MERCHANT, in cases where it is indicated that it is at the expense of the CUSTOMER, is considered a violation of these conditions.
4. This Returns Policy does not apply if the product:
- is not in its original state and has items missing, such as belts or other included accessories;
- has already been used;
- was sold as part of a promotion such as a two-for-one or with a free product;
- is one of the following:
underwear;
lingerie;
PRODUCT EXCHANGE
If you would like an exchange for a different item or size, simply place a new order and return the unwanted item to us. The value of the returned product will be refunded to you via bank transfer.
